More budget stuff

Sorry to keep ranting, but just found this tidbit:

"Taxpayers in Rochester, Minnesota will pay $305.5 million for the proposed bailout of Wall Street. For the same amount of money, the following could have been provided:
33,308 Scholarships for University Students for One Year"

About 1200 students a year graduate in Rochester - so you could fund four years of college for six years of graduating students. And that's just Rochester's share, not the state or national.
