The article brings up some of the differences between the American and Iraqi constitutions but I do not feel that it goes far enough. The circumstances and situation surrounding the founding of the constitution of the two countries are so different that they should barely be mentioned in comparison at all. Iraq is a different country in a different time and obtained freedom in a different way. It isn't very similar to America in any way.

"Remove a thirty-five-year-old tyranny and democracy will grow in its place, because people everywhere want to be free. What had been left out of the planning were the Iraqis themselves."......remind you of no child left behind anyone....the plan is genious in theory(everyone the same the golden mean of education....but who did they forget when making the plan? *those who skip class and don't want to be educated....and those who value their education and want to learn and want to challenge themselves but now can't take higher placement classes....I liked the lamp example....you can't fix problems "just like that"....it takes time and time and time again another party will happen and the lamp will be knocked over again "Rome wasn't built in a day" haha i remembered that from a movie
