Can you say "Hillary vs Rudy in 2008"?
Here is the results from the most recent Washington Post-ABC News. You can check out your favorite Democratic or Republican presidential candidate (sorry Green Party). There is a lot more info in this poll than just the candidates. Questions 18 + 21 provide the data on the candidates, just scroll down to that section.
Please read the info in the opening paragraph about sample size, method of asking questions and the margin for error.
Poll Results
These results should be considered along with the previous blog entry's article on campaign fundraising since money plays such a big part of a candidate's success.

It's weird thinking that I am actually going to be voting for one of these people. Ahh!
i'm gonna have to agree with robby
I'm going to have to agree also. Whoever we elect, I hope they have different plans than Bush because clearly from those polls, America is not in favor.
I also hope they understand and can speak the English language somewhat better :)
Does question 19 creep anyone else out? I find it a little bit terrifying that our citizens are saying they only support their chosen candidate if elected by 52 or 61%.
... go democrats??
Just another thought, the US might be ready for a female president to lead our country, but is the world ready for a woman to be head of the good ol' USA??
it seems like whether the poll question is about democrat or republican approval the majority of people disagree. does anyone think Americans are just unhappy with politics as a whole, and their view of what our government is doing is so distorted they simply can't agree with anything our politicians do?
