I had never considered the candidate that I matched up with.

Neato.

i actually really liked this, the candidate i was best matched with is who i have been planning on voting for... my only problem with it was that for the question on immigration i felt like my options were really limited

Sorry for the double post, but here's a quiz that I think shows your political ideas better than most simple 2D left-right graphs.

Because I'm really undecided on some issues, I took the quiz three times, changing some key answers each time. One guy came up top all three times, but the score jumped from 30 to 9 to 31. Like erik, I don't think he's going to make it very far either... we'll have to wait and see.

I got Bill Richardson.... never heard of him. I'm pretty undecided on a lot of topics though, so I didn't really put very important on any of them.

I got Kucinich too, then in second.. Erik and Andrew, I agree with your skepticism on his (nonexistent) chances of being elected.

I am still looking for a candidate who proposes open borders to the US. If immigrants want to come here and fend for themselves... why should we let them? Obviously we would need to put in place some rules so that they can't just mooch off our government and welfare systems... but don't you agree that most immigrants are willing to work excessively to improve their quality of life? Why else would they be here? Isn't it kind of a jerk move of us to deny them that? Just something I wonder about...

Kucinich for the win

And on erik's quiz, I was right on the border between liberal and libertarian, but the quiz didnt seem too comprehensive.
